The Continuum
"The Continuum" is a thoughtfully designed back-to-work program that supports our women employees in India throughout their maternity journey. Through our Expecting, Adopting, and Returning Mothers Program, known as The Continuum, we provide flexible work hours and valuable mentorship. The program addresses a range of needs and challenges women may face while balancing personal and professional responsibilities during this period.

SkillBridge Program
The US Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge Program allows active-duty service members to gain civilian work experience during their final 180 days of service. The Veterans Employee Resource Group (VERG) works closely with the Skillbridge apprentices to build a community across veterans at Fortrea.

HBA equips women with opportunities for growth and development through conferences, networking, education programs, and volunteering.
