Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), led by employee volunteers, are designed to build connections, encourage belonging, support career development and champion employee voices. Our eight ERGs include:

Young Professionals 

ASCEND (Achieving Success Through Communication, Engagement, Networking and Development) helps connect and support young professionals at Fortrea to bolster an intergenerational community.

Cultural Diversity

EPIC stands for Empowering People with Inclusion and Culture. The employee resource group was formed to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of Fortrea's global workforce.

Black Professionals

BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership Development) is dedicated to empowering Black professionals through mentorship, skill development, and networking opportunities. Together, we are committed to building a legacy of leadership, resilience, and excellence. 

Individuals with Disabilities

EnABLE (Empowering Abilities Beyond Labels for Everyone) was formed to make Fortrea an easier place to work.

Care for environment

LEAF stands for Leading Environmental Action for the Future and empowers Fortreans to embrace their role as citizens of the world by raising awareness, championing eco-friendly initiatives, and fostering a supportive, action-oriented global community. 

Veterans

VERG is increasing the recognition and understanding of the additional value military members and veterans bring to our organization.

LGBTQIA+

PRIDE is working to increase the visibility of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, and Ally (LGBTQIA+) employees, inspire them to bring their whole selves to work every day, and demonstrate our organization’s relentless commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Women 

WEN (Women's Empowerment Network) is promoting personal and professional acceleration through career development, leadership, mentorship, collaboration while elevating the power of women’s voices.

"The Continuum" is a thoughtfully designed back-to-work program that supports our women employees in India throughout their maternity journey. Through our Expecting, Adopting, and Returning Mothers Program, known as The Continuum, we provide flexible work hours and valuable mentorship. The program addresses a range of needs and challenges women may face while balancing personal and professional responsibilities during this period.
